This implies a threading issue / race condition. Some resource is trying to be accessed but it is either not there or in use by something else.

Reported features that have displayed this error:
Sessions (not yet reproducible)
Feedback windows (when the UI thread is being used)

Since the new version of Cordova is so different, many people will still want to use a 2.x version of phonegap. We need to support the last version of 2 and have separate documentation for both.

Implementing blocks like the new SDK should help us out a lot here.

Possibly by using a subtree.

Currently running on 1.6.1, which uses deprecated functions for implementing plugins.

And get it on CI, so it gets updated automatically when we upgrade the main library.

This will avoid such drastic feature drift in the future.

Something is not right in either our config or the universe. Adding an issue for an open discussion.
I'm considering it a low priority since manual installation works.
