   • Experienced Innovator (has a new business idea and experience in the area of business)
3. Category of business (can chose ONLY one),
   • Full Service Restaurant,
   • School/University,
   • Theme restaurant/Coffee shop,
   • Hotel/Resort,
   • Movie distribution,
   • Advertising/Branding/PR etc.
4. Expected investment amount
5. Location of business
6. Percentage of equity willing to give to the investor (range)

3. Expect returns (in percentage)
4. Duration of investment
5. Equity/shares expected in the business

7. Level of participation in the business (active or passive)
