Make Tuesdays more awesome

Request:

On Tuesdays, all silly hat pictures posted by Hatty contain at least a reference to TF2.
Also, normal (textual) jokes should be replaced by references to The Stanley Parable on Tuesdays.

Make MoarConfusion quote messages sometimes

this is purely a reminder for me to implement later

Make the command have a 50% chance of posting a message as a quote instead of just copying the content. And quote a famous person from the SOCVR.

Find new response AI

CleverBot is no longer an option, the API now forces you to supply an API key which is limited to 5k reqs (total), anything more requires a monthly plan.
