The current exception handling is way too generic.

Code assumes the json keys for chain state etc are present. Since the update today these are no longer exposed.

The background is that I am using this library within a script that repeatedly probes the sync status of the miner over a long time period (hours/days). I found that the sync_status requests would hang the process on rare occasions (but frequently enough to be annoying).

The status summary function currently makes a request to get miner status and then makes another request to the Helium explorer API to get the current blockchain height. We should execute the two in parallel for increased performance.

Currently the Helium API is down, this is causing the blockchain height lookup to fail.

The result is all summary keys after height aren't set (such as temps, ips etc).

We should catch the request error (check the response of height for None before attempting double dict index access.

Hopefully this resolves the API having a negative impact if its down / responding badly.

The diagnoser exposes leds.json which includes the status of the leds.
