renaming melee teams freezes the game about uqm-vita

wow this error is a lot more complex than i thought ;-;

basically what is going on is that the fps limiter (however that's done), or the threads are paused and that the fps of the game also affects the render of the vita input keyboard. when the melee team input is activated, that fps basically drops to zero until a key is pressed. so we need to find a way to unlock this limiter or make the thread run differently or something?! i've been staring at the code bewildered at how that's done, i've got no good ideas so far
