I would like to add linear regression algorithm applied on stock data written from scratch in python.
Assign me the issue.

Make Jupyter Notebooks for all existing programs in the repo. Jupyter notebooks should be very well descriptive. In course of doing this please clean the codes for better understanding.

The file consists of kmeans algo from scratch and not knn.

Update the README file. It should be have good documentation.

Add more programs solving some generic machine learning problems using frameworks like scikit-learn, tensorflow, pytorch etc. These examples should help a ML newbie to understand and learn these ML frameworks.

Add different gradient descent techniques like stochastic gradient descent and mini batch gradient descent.

Line 11 Open column should be converted to type float so that it can be compared to close column
Line 13 and 14 .ix[] has been deprecated from version 0.20.0 onwards
Line 48 covariance matrix returned contains only nan values
Line 50 error-:SVD doesn't converge
