A minimal, deterministic MCP server for evaluation testing.

Purpose: Provide a predictable foundation for MCP evaluation using DeepEval.

Characteristics:

• Deterministic outputs (no randomness)
• Simple, testable tools
• Clear input/output contracts
• No external dependencies or network calls
