Would it be possible to submit this script to scripts.irssi.org, for easier installation with scriptassist?

I quite like this plugin and hope to see it become a standard part of irssi. I do have an enhancement proposal:

In situations where the timestamps span a day, there is certainly no need for having the year in the timestamp. Even when crossing Dec.31, ppl will work it out that 12-31 is prior to 01-01. In fact the month could probably be dropped too. Or perhaps just print those components when the year or month have been crossed.
