Add editor of IDs

In my opinion, 10 colors are enough.

• creation of polyedges
• switching selected edges between direct & poly
• IO formats
  • XGR
  • GEXF
  • GraphML
  • DOT
• transform rect for polyedges

Individually, I need only the circle shape. I like more simple. To tell the truth, I have looked for the most simple graph editor for a long time and I feel that I found out just now.

Store graphs in GraphML & CSV formats

I had saved my graph file with setting that grid snapping is enable, and today I opened the same file but I found the setting is disappeared.

Increase clipping rect for arrow size

In my opinion, it might be better to set grid snap on as default setting. Because, I think, users of this application might expect easy to use.

When I select all object (Ctr + A), I'd like to edit only nodes. For example, I want to change the border line color of all nodes.

IDs of newly created items are started from 1 hovewer there are more items after a scene was loaded.

After exporting of graph model to *.gexf format I received
