Add improved crafting window

Add achievement tracker

As the title suggests, add an achievement tracker to the script suite.

Add "None" option to river colours

Effectively hiding all rivers in the game

Now that this has been added to the game, it should be added to my script as well.

Avoid unnecessary server queries

For the KO timer, check if Character.lastKnockedOut has changed before sending a query to the server, need to check if it'll change in real-time first though.

Clicking on an achievement title should open that achievement

When you click on an achievement title in the achievement tracker, the achievements window should be opened and hopefully display that achievement, at least the correct category.

Hide achievement tracker when you aren't tracking achievements

Empty tracker is useless.

Improve suite settings visual

If achievement requirement is a time, show it as a time
