String multi-words flag works not correct

If we try to execute command with a string multi-words flag, then each part of a flag is determined as a separate command/flag.
For example, in the command database create --dsn "host=localhost port=5433" value for the flag "dsn" should be "host=locahost port=5433". Current behaviour is wrong, because in this case value for dsn will be only "host=localhost, another part will be passed as a separate argument instead of a part of flag value.
