COVID impact on housing market

The objective of this project is to analyze the impact of COVID on the Sanfranciso housing market and findg the buying and selling opportunity.

Inspiration for this project - the insane housing prices have been a concern for a long period of time and this project is recommending few options to make profit by leveraging historical data.

Technologies

Language used is Python.

Libraries used are - Pandas, Pathlib, plotly, hvplot, dotenv

Operating system used is Windows.

Version of the python is - Python 3.8.5

Dependencies - pathlib2==2.3.5 pathtools==0.1.2 pandas @ file:///C:/ci/pandas_1602083338010/work
