Add codes for standard DP problems and their variations

There no need to have two foder named Data Structure, either have one folder named Data Structure and store LinkedList and BST in it or even better just have BST and LinkedList foldes as it is. This will make accessing the files easier. Specially if someone is using a terminal.

Add codes for standard Graph problems

Add contributing guidelines such as adding question as well as code,properly documenting, adding comments to explain answer.

Add GFG's must do questions list with Codes. (https://www.geeksforgeeks.org/must-do-coding-questions-for-companies-like-amazon-microsoft-adobe/ )

add code for doubly linked list implementation, that is, insertion, deletion, traversal.
