Replace all absolute paths in readmes to relative

The guideline of using relative path was made after many significant contributions were made. And we forgot checking paths when the table of languages in hello was made. So, if someone can fix this discrepancy it would be great.

Implementation of merge-sort and bubble sort in python and go.

Prog to perform sorting based on merge-sort and bubble-sort and a liitle information on how to make an unstable sorting algo like merge-sort stable

For merge-sort it will recursively sorts the array in O(n*logN)
For bubble-sort (interview friendly) it will behave as bubbles coming out of water(intuition).
