Is it possible to create Stream server on demand?

That is the stream server should only be active once a client connects, continue streaming for all other clients and then destroy, once all clients are disconnected for a specific stream server.

This helps to save upstream bandwidth and manage open connections on the source.

i have installed on winodws 10 using docker its working fine but same issue its not opening on port 4211 but
i have some issue with it
i have installed Streamproxy using docker on ubuntu server
i cant open web interface as mention on serverip:port

i m very thankful if you add some guide on github and on dockerhub

Is there a possibility to restream support to multiple clients so that only 1 ffmpeg process is spawn for 1 channel and connects to n users.

For audio-only streams especially, the volume can vary significantly. Would it be possible to please have a volume parameter option when transcoding audio streams? (for example, if we know Radio Station A is crazy loud, we would set the volume parameter to a lower number)
