Use something like https://github.com/chef/mixlib-config

Since masterchef now basically just running some commands on remote machines, parallel execution can be supported. There's just some ui works to do

Probably can be done by storing dependencies in folder with name of resulting hash of all dependencies combined

For it to be more extendable, probably it better to use it as:

1. Create runner object

2. Add required files to be synced. Non chef files can be created in local temp folder then get synced into remote

3. Call sync method that starts syncing files

4. Call execute method that runs execute script in remote

5. Also reuse ssh connection
