Create a Dockerfile.tmbundle?

As done for the contrib/syntax/textmate over at the docker repo.

DRYing up the Dockerfile.tm* file(s)

I also maintain these files in the Docker.tmbundle repo. The reason I've kept this repo around is because it's the one added to package control. Would be nice to DRY up this.

As I see it we have two options:

1. Modify package control to point to the Docker.tmbundle repo for the Dockerfile package. Is that possible? Would it work with a tmbundle?
2. Align the files. I'm open to keeping this repo around, but it would be nice if the files were the same. So whenever we need to update something, we can start with Docker.tmbundle and simply copy the .tmLanguage file to this repo. See any challenges with that? Maybe the uuid is different, I don't know if it matters.

I would give everyone with collaborator access here the same in the bundle repo.
