Every time get error: rtapi_app_main(s3sm): -1 Operation not permitted

Hi Andreas.
I have a problem, I every time get an error: rtapi_app_main(s3sm): -1 Operation not permitted
I tried different kernels, different virtual machines, but always the same...
Now I use Oracle VM Virtual box (tried with VMware) and kernel :
Linux debian 3.8-1-xenomai.x86-686-pae #1 SMP Debian 3.8.13-121wheezy1da i686 GNU/Linux
(previous kernel I tried Linux debian 3.2.0-4-rt-686-pae #1 SMP PREEMPT RT Debian 3.2.96-2 i686 GNU/Linux)
Maybe you know what should I check or you had same issues?

PS by the way

$make configure.mk

doesn't work for me, I use

$make config.mk

instead
