Cannot generate thumbnail bigger than the image

If the image is supersmall, the thumbnail generation fails.

Example :

Allow to put time limits in parameters

Create new parameters "start date" and "end date" so that we can select only the files uploaded, say, between the 1st and the 30th of September.
