Cannot deal with large data batchly about mdanki

There is a temporary way to avoid the memory limit.
execute:
cp node_modules/sql.js/js/sql-memory-growth.js node_modules/sql.js/js/sql.js
then run your command:
node src/index.js /tmp/md /tmp/dst.apkg
