All other wav files give this error: Error: Error while opening , data corrupted

I know they're not corrupted because they play fine.

I am trying to use this fine program to stream my church's preaching over FM radio for our "Drive in" service. It works great but just not very long. I have to stop and re start it to keep the "pulsing" from happening.
Equipment => Pi 3 and latest os (Buster)

Hi I've used raspian os lite and raspian os both in 64bit variant and i continue to get the same error segmentation fault when triing to trasmitt

im using kali 64bit and i get this error
on both file a mono and stereo file
