Set up CI

Should automatically publish new releases using CI. This can also provide Mac/Windows/Linux builds instead of just Windows.

Error when running git commands

error: pathspec 'commit' did not match any file(s) known to git

Does not cap first line at 100 characters or wrap subsequent lines

To improve readability, we should cut off the first line of the commit at 100 characters and subsequently wrap lines at 100 characters.

Running `git commit` causes output that is subsequently overwritten

The output from the git commit should either be hidden or should not disappear when the user starts typing after running the tool.

Automated semver updates

MAJOR updates whenever BREAKING CHANGE occurs
MINOR updates when type is feat
PATCH updates when type is fix or perf

Any other commit type should not invoke a semver update
