add some fanciness to our forms

по моим подсчетам - минимум 1.5 месяца Марина будет использовать наши формы для добавления данных в базу. поэтому мы можем найти какой то быстрый вариант для того, чтобы сделать страницы немного красивее.

что можно сделать:

• более понятные labels / form titles. сейчас даже мне не все понятно.
• добавить ant design и просто обернуть формы в их wrappers.

while we didnt figure out good way to manage admin dashboard parts - we'll just deploy our frontend into heroku, so Marina can start to upload data there.
