Airfield Elevation

Make each initialisation of the class take the optional parameter of airfield elevation. At some airfields, they are high enough so that the default elevation will not cover aircraft spawned on them.

Detecting side stands can cause wrong stand lettering

At airports with the stand format of A**L where A is a letter and L a side (E.g L/C/R), the current system would replace the first letter with blank if it was L, C or R.

E.G

A23L -> A23

but

C23L -> 23

Detect "side" stands by distance

It should:

1. Find the closest stand
2. For other possible stands, if they are close (i.e 10m??), set them as occupied aswell

This would give more accurate results without needing to change code than the current system

Add Getters and Setters for Longitude / Latitude for gates

Hello,
would it be possible to add getters (and setters) for Latititude/Longitude pairs of a gate? This would be helpful to iterate over the stand list in order to plot gates on a map.
