Highlight CSS inside style tags and attributes (for example in SVGs) about language-xml

Thanks for the suggestion! I talked to the other maintainers about this and while we think this could be useful for people working with .svg files, it's not something the team would take on and could also be implemented as a general SVG language community package (e.g. https://atom.io/packages/language-svg seems to highlight the embedded CSS?). Since it's not something the team would prioritize, we're going to close the issue but thanks again for the idea.

That package doesn’t work as expected either so I opened an issue there.
