Use i18n in Setting-window

Summary

The setting screen is currently configured in Japanese only.
So I would like to use i18n to support English as well.

In TweetDeck-blockmode, Dragging a TweetDeck window open doesn't cause it to be blocked.

3. Drag TweetDeck window as soon as.

概要

GitHubPagesを使ってTwD3の紹介サイトを作りたい
もちろん多言語化も行うが、とりあえずユーザーの多い日本人をターゲットとして日本語のページを作りたい。

考えていること

• 新しくOrganizationを立てて2つのリポジトリ(TwD3とTwD3-web)を管理する
  • やるなら先にリポジトリ立てて後から追加する形だろうか
• Webフレームワークは Vue.js,Blazor WebAssembly, Nuxt.js, Angular, React で迷ってます
