Visibilité de status de tickets

En tant que Pilote opérationnel je veux savoir le nombre de tickets par status à un moment donné ou sur une période afin d'évaluer la charge du profil OnGit/N1 et analyser l'évolution dans le temps et communiquer à l'ensemble de l'équipe

Liste de status

En tant que OnGit/OnCall/N1 je veux choisir un status pour l'incident parmi une liste d'états afin de faciliter la comm et homogénéiser l'ensemble de status de ticket

Composants qui causent des incidents

En tant que Pilote opérationnel je veux savoir si la cause de l'incident est lié à la plateforme digital (et quel composant est fautif) ou aux applications afin d'identifier les composants problématiques et engager des solutions de fond de resolution des problèmes
