Expectation

If Event1 is triggered before Event2, all handlers of Event1 need to be executed before any handlers of Event2.

Current behavior

Handlers of Event2 may executed before some handlers of Event1

How to reproduce

Severity

Very high. It means that we can not bind more than one handler to an event, otherwise the handlers can be executed unexpectedly.
