Plugin is broken so just use Grails Scaffolding

Initially this can be a GSP based home page, but eventually we want to move to a JavaScript client.

Need a way for the user to authenticate or reset their password.

Bonus Points: Support OAuth (Twitter/Facebook as authentication server)

The initial set of objects have been created but not necessarily completed and all are missing unit tests.

Acceptance Criteria: The domain objects need to be completed with unit tests in place.

User Spring Security Plugin

Roles:

-Admin
-Planner
-Speaker
-Audience Member
-Board Member

Acceptance Criteria:

-Audience members should be able to self-register
-Admins should be able to create users
-Admins should be able to assign the speaker role
-EventPlanners should be able to create users
-EventPlanners should be able to assign the speaker role for their events
-Users may have more than one role depending on an event. ie, for Event 1, User A may be a speaker, but in Event 2, is an Event Planner, and for Event 3, is an audience member

Need a way to allow the planner compose an email
Need a way to allow the planner to select a group of members to send an email to.

Some basic scaffolding needs to be put in place to allow for the creation of domain objects.

Acceptance Criteria: All domain objects have scaffolding enabled.

Bonus points: It would be nice to use the Angular Scaffolding but it currently does not support the 2.3 environment. I submitted a pull request to Robert Fletcher that fixes the problem but he has not picked it up yet.
