Suggest Automated DevOps Branch Building Workflow for Python

As a developer or tester
When I create a branch in my git repo
Then it should trigger an automated build process in the CI server
And it should give me feedback if the build has failed
or passed a previously failed build

Note-
The script should tag the repo.
Pull the earlier tag and increase the version of the artifact/package.

And the build will copy the output artifact to an S3 folder in AWS
And the AWS BuildPipeline/Code Deploy will pick this from S3
