In #1 only 1 registry of each type dockerhub, local_openshift, helm is supported and they can be conditionally added/or removed (ie. broker_dockerhub_enabled: false ). This APB should allow a user to specify other registries at provision time.

For example, in the broker's configmap we have a block for the dockerhub registry configuration guarded by a {% if broker_dockerhub_enabled %}. In order for a user to be able to override these flags, we must force these to a boolean like {% if broker_dockerhub_enabled | bool %}.

The only dao_type supported in #1 is 'crd'. We should support:

1. Creating an etcd with persistent volumes, auth, etc.
2. Consuming a secret + coordinates for an existing etcd.

openshift/ansible-service-broker#897 introduces some changes to the deployment template that should be incorporated into the broker APB

It seems like the url generated in the brokerconfig and possibly other aspects of the install differ from what is expected by the catalog. The controller manager logs errors and the clusterserviceclasses do not get created.
