Camera Triggering Problems about autorally

@bgoldfai Our camera model (FL3-U3-13E4C-C) only supports trigger modes 1 and 15.

Mode 1 is the standard, single-shot trigger that cannot be triggered faster than 29 FPS. The documentation simply states that this trigger mode cannot support full framerate. I found the 29 FPS number by testing the camera on my computer.

Mode 15 is the multi-shot trigger where one pulse takes multiple photos. This mode is absent in the list of valid parameters in PointGrey.cfg and doesn't seem to be supported by pointgrey_camera_driver. That said, even in flycap, I can't get this mode to produce framerates higher than 20 FPS.

I don't see any evidence in any PointGrey documentation about video modes affecting trigger settings.

It would seem that the best our camera supports is 29 FPS triggering.

Maximum camera triggering speed for the Flea 3 is dependent on shutter time. Lower light environments which require longer exposure time will not be able to trigger as fast as brighter environments. This issue has been resolved by noting this relationship in the ArduinoOnBoard launch file, where the triggering framerate is set.
