Longleaf and multiple imputation (MI)

1. get and run ssh secure shell (terminal for mac)
2. transfer over your sas and shell script files to your temp directory in longleaf. Mine is /pine/scr/v/o/vonholle/
3. In terminal make sure you are in your scratch directory: /pine/scr/v/o/onyen/
4. in ssh secure shell (terminal for mac) run the shell script: 'sbatch run1.sh'
5. check if your job is running: "squeue -u <<youronyenhere>>
6. after done running, look at your sas log: 'nano *.log'
