Add support for alarms
The DS18B20 has low and high threshold registers that can trigger an alarm if crossed. Even though these wouldn't strictly be interrupts, an Interrupt() method will most likely be added to read them, so they operate similarly to chips that do have dedicated interrupt lines for the same purpose.
