Hi here i have some suggestions for the script that i would like to see to be added.

I would like to see php v8 and up support
Add information box or alert or so on, so us who needs to inform visitors/uers important things can see it on homepage/video page etc
Add more video players with switchable settings in admin panel
Add own made html5 video player if possible

Conversion Queue in admin dashboard would be a useful addition, maybe in to a 4th infobox

Video no work and other problem

Hi, System Check is all ok, ffmpeg, FFProbe, PhpName, php configuration, is all ok, all with a green check, There are various problems.

1. When a user registers, the page continues to load and remains blocked, even if the registration takes place
2. Internal messages between users work, but the screen remains frozen, the message is sent, but the table remains there, as if it were not sent.
3. Videos do not play, and no previews are generated.
   Could someone help me figure out what's wrong? Thanks

Upload Video Not Working

im trying to upload video but not working, progressbar not working and direct to https://domain.com/upload/video?status=1 , show notification "Video uploaded successfully!" , video not showing in Manage Video and Conversion Queue.
Im cek error log and get this error

-threads option so it's not so taxing on the cpu, atm is uses 100% of all cores

Conversion Queue bug

The conversion queue is set to 1 but it converts 2 videos at a time, seems like it does one 1st pass and one 2pass at the same time despite set to 1.

Incorrect references to table 'wall' in DB and more v8.2

Noticed several references in the code to the table wall, which is now wall_comments in v8.2

Also the column 'wall_id' is in the code, but that is no longer being used. It gets more confusing here, because the SQL update file for v8.2 changes wall_id to CID - yet there are areas in the code where I determined that wall_id should be WID

OID is a column no longer in use, and according to update.sql it is supposed to be WID.

I have some fixes for when you view a user/user list in your admin and click on the comment count (if user has comments on their wall). The link did nothing, but now I have it popup properly (edited an ajax file). I'll share soon, if anyone is interested, but I'm still stuck on some other things.

For example, in admin I have no problem editing, deleting comments on videos, whether as reported spam or not.
But with wall comments, either trying to edit/delete via reported spam, or on the user's comment edit popup, what happens is:
It only affects the oldest comment on the wall. If I select edit, I see text for the oldest (1st) comment on that wall, not the actual comment I am editing, and the same thing with delete, will delete the oldest comment.

I made small progress with my initial fixes, but I am stumped at this issue.

Admin functions

Some functions in the admin panel are dysfunctional.

I tried installing many times and tried all versions between php 5.3 and php 7.4, but the problem did not get fixed.

For example, the functions I mentioned in the image above cannot be clicked.

or when you make changes in the edit popup screen, the save button is not functional.

Cannot delete wall comment spam properly v8.x

In the AVS Admin area, deleting reported video comment spam works as intended.

However, reported wall comment spam does not delete properly. It says it deletes it, but in reality it deletes the oldest comment on that user's wall.

video quality in the player

Hello. How can I enable the ability to select video quality in the player?

All templates except index.tpl broken

I am taking over an avs project that basically ran before but since I restarted the server (and re-assigned its former DNS name only the start Page (index.php/tpl) works. Any link (e.g. clicking on a video -> video.php/tpl) will result in a 404 even though the underlying media is present.

Any idea how I could debug this?

Upgraded to 8.2 and some videos won't play (Fixed)

I need help with this issue. I was running 8.1 and now upgraded to 8.2.
Any video that is in the 'iphone' directory won't play but the videos in 'h264' directory are playing fine.
Did I miss something while upgrading?

Video Grabber Module - Download is not starting?

Hello,

• I have complated the installation , on system check tab everthing is ok
• File permissions are done , php-curl,FFMpeg, is also enabled check via phpinfo(). Upload max file size and other related settings are ok
• I have also created custom test php file to check php curl function , used destination url as video grabber's file source which was .mp4. It is downloaded as just fine. Watch the file and it is really mp4 file.

On video grabber tab after i enter the link , i can able to see all the details like title, source video file's url , size etc.. all are ok and valid. Manually tried to download video with the link and it is valid.
When i click grab video , download progress bar is not filling even for 5mb sized videos. Waited about 15-20 minutes nothing happened. uploadprogress php extension is also enabled.

As an info i am using php-fpm 7.1.4 with apache-ngnix web server (cwp - centos 7.5 ) on vps that has 4gb ram

What could be the problem? Is there any error log about it?
