Allow database file to be configurable

Currently the database file, list.json is stored in ~/.tasks/list.json. The location should be configurable by the user, and it should choose a location by default that is platform agnostic.

Implement url association

It should use pattern matching to find the appropriate link to open

Create globalId system for task management

Format task list when requested with -get

Currently node-todo will just console.log the array. It should build up a better interface for the tasks that works well in the CLI. Lets use chalk for colors, and look into console.table alternatives in Node.

Add option to delete individual task

Currently node-todo can only delete all tasks at once. Add the ability to delete individual tasks based, possibly bassed on RegEx match for identifying which task(s) to delete

Handle error when no argument is passed

Currently invoking index.js with no arguments throws the error:

Implement global install from npm

Users should be able to run npm install -g @aweary/todo and then use todo directly from the CLI
