Global Accelerator (GA) - Expose Security Group for Easy Use in CF.

We have a need for the ALB endpoints of the GA to only allow traffic from the GA them selves. The solution we use to do this is via security groups (SG) with the ALB SG only trusting the GA SG as the source.

The SGs are created at the time of the GA creation automatically. Currently the SG ID that has been created can not be pulled back via the standard intrinsic functions supported in CF.

The only way to do this is use custom CF functions which works well. But when using python it means we need to import several modules to handle the response back to the stack at creation. So makes it a much more in depth process.
