Key are sorted like string, causing numbers like 10 and 1 to appear before 2. Change the keys to support proper sorting

The examples page:

doesnt seem to work in iceweasel/firefox.

i have also tried running the tests:

http://nparashuram.com/IndexedDBShim/test/index.html

which reach as far as the ObjectStoreCRUDTests, and fail with:

"A mutation operation was attempted in a READ_ONLY transaction."

it's mainly fault of my prepared project hence I would appreciate any advise related to it. I'm trying to convert it via PhoneGap hence I'm getting the preceding errors

I thought it's because of plugins and I already tried to add a couple of them arbitrarily but none of them worked on that. Many thanks in advance.

Optional parameters for Indexes are currently ignored.
