It's problematic that Dox blindly forces updates on every file in the working directory, even if it hasn't changed. This can interact poorly with any modifications made in ACE workflow to the content item.

Suggest that we locally cache a cryptographic has (a la sha1sum) of the local file. Only push an update if the file hashes differently than what's in the cache.

If there is more than one author, or if changes are being made in ACE workflow, then the local markdown files can become obsolete. There should be a mechanism to synchronize the local content with what's in the library.

I'm thinking functionality similar to keyfields, where we iterate through the content items and write them to files.

One issue - how to we get from HTML back to Markdown? The conversion is made when the file is posted.
