Typeof intrinsic is not returning correct type

myObj = { "classID": "test", "test":"100"}
t = new myObj
t.test = 1
print(typeof(t)) // return test
print(typeof(myObj)) // returns test, but should return map

Allow flag is false even though set to true when building

Example:

SHELL = get_shell("root", "test")
SHELL.host_computer.touch(home_dir, "script.src")
SHELL.host_computer.File(home_dir + "/script.src").set_content("print(""Hello Word"")" + char(10))
print(typeof(SHELL.build(home_dir + "/script.src", home_dir, true)))
SHELL.host_computer.File(home_dir + "/script").chmod("a+wrx")
print SHELL.host_computer.File(home_dir + "/script").allow_import // should return 1

Library versions should be 3 digits instead of 4

Currently the version format of the mock env is 4 digits even though in-game it is 3 digits.

Adding permissions via chmod doesn't work correctly
