Linking within the file doesn't work

Steps:

  • Create a link to a section within the page 
    Contents:
[This](#this-section)

## This Section
  • Clicking it changes the href value in URL
  • But does not scroll down to that section

Impact(s):

  • Prevents previewing the linking in contents
