In the case when both of the files have changed, is it possible to process the apiinformation.json one first, then apply the specification.yaml? I say that because in my testing the JSON file is more of the APIM detail information regarding the api while the YAML file is the one that actually has all the operations and is the actual OpenAPI file.

In the case when only one of the files have changed, is it possible to just process the file that changed regardless if the other file changed without any unintended consequences? The problem I'm having right now is if I only need to update the OpenAPI file it never gets published b/c the code is expecting them to both be changed. See issue #34
