@mhous - We actually had a related issue (#10) that was closed prematurely. Reopening it for discussion. The outcome will determine how we handle this case.

In the meantime, we'd love to hear other opinions, so please let us know if you have any thoughts on the matter.

@waelkdouh, I believe this needs to be re-opened as I'm still having this issue after getting the latest. When I only update the specification.yaml or apiinformation.json file no updates are published. I must update BOTH these files for my updates to be published.

There's a bug that only processes specification files if the information file has changed too.
