CUID test seems fine... check out the CUID in: https://aka.ms/createuidef/sandbox
looks like a problem with the test

We're running into the same issue here.
Test "VM Sizes Must Match Template" executed on Ubuntu 18 fails with the described error.
However, when I execute the tests on my local Windows 10, the test passes. I'm using the same template and CUID and cloning the latest arm-ttk version from this repo.
