Still exist in POWERBIDEDICATED. But I have another suggestion here, just as other commands, when location is required, can we add the capability to get location from resource group, which is implemented in azure.cli.core.get_default_location_from_resource_group.
But you have to make sure resource_group_name in namespace. Currently the generated custom function uses resource_group in parameter list.
