Quick questions Paul:
- Do you have any of the relevant environment variables also set ?
e.g.
AZURE_STORAGE_ACCOUNT
AZURE_STORAGE_ACCESS_KEY
EMULATED - Does it work if, instead of using explicit credentials, you set them in the environment ?

I tried setting the two AZURE* environment variables, but received the same error

BTW, I'm running node v.0.6.8 on a Mac.
