@sharadholani - The problem with that is, we need to come up with an additional unique name that can never really be deleted. So we end up having to explain why there are so many maven packages for Service Bus. The temporary work around for this is to compile one of the libraries yourself, and rename it accordingly.
With that said, we are close to providing the new management library. For a quick look, here are the samples for it: https://github.com/Azure/azure-sdk-for-java/tree/master/azure-samples/src/main/java/com/microsoft/azure/management/servicebus/samples
