LockDuration is a property of the Queue or Subscription that you are using. At the time of creation, use an appropriate lock duration. Also you can renew a message lock from the receiver. CompletableFuture renewMessageLockAsync(IMessage message); This API will renew the lock for you, by an additional lock duration. If your lock duration is 1 minute, a received message will be locked for 1 minute. If you can't complete processing of the message within 1 minute, calling renewMessageLock method will renew it by another minute. You can do multiple renewals too.
