Please update to OData 5.6.1 about azure-storage-net

Actually, our package does depend on >= 5.6.0 and if you were already referencing 5.6.1, nuget should have added assembly redirection(sample below) in your app.config automatically when you referenced storage package. We have seen issues with some older versions of nuget not doing that so can you try upgrading to the latest and see if that fixes the issue.
As a manual workaround, you can add below to your app.config to unblock yourself.
