also minor issue in the read me, the bicep parameter example contains values?

I believe it should be

    customVirtualNetworkId: '/subscriptions/xxx/resourceGroups/xxx/providers/Microsoft.Network/virtualNetworks/xxx'

    customPrivateSubnetName: 'xxx'

    enableNoPublicIp: true

}

After having a break, i believe this is the NSG module trying to revert the changes made by the databricks module i going to pre load the rules to see if that will work but im going to guess its just going to create double up

Pre loading the rules worked but as we are not the controller of these rules how can we managed them via IaC?
